What’s the difference between short, medium, and long ester injectables?

The ester is the chemical chain attached to the steroid molecule that controls release speed. Short esters (propionate, acetate, NPP) release within 1 to 3 days and need injections every other day. Medium esters (enanthate, cypionate) release across 7 to 10 days with twice-weekly injections. Long esters (decanoate, undecanoate) release across 14 to 21 days. Do I need a needle exchange or can I order injection supplies separately?

Optimum Biotech does not sell pins, syringes, or sharps bins. UK users can get free sterile injection equipment and sharps disposal through their local NHS needle exchange programme. How do I check my product is authentic?

Every Optimum Biotech vial has a unique QR code printed on the label. Scan it with any phone camera. The link should resolve to a batch verification page on our domain showing the assay report. If the QR scan fails, takes you elsewhere, or the label has no QR code at all, the product is not ours.

What’s the legal position on injectable steroids in the UK?

Do I need PCT after an injectable cycle?

Yes, unless you’re on a permanent TRT protocol. Any suppressive cycle shuts down natural testosterone production. The longer the cycle and the longer the esters, the longer the recovery. Standard PCT starts after the last injectable has cleared (2 to 3 weeks after the final shot of a medium ester, longer for deca and Nebido) and runs Clomid and Nolvadex for 4 to 6 weeks.

How are injectables shipped and packaged?

Plain unbranded outer packaging with no logos, product descriptions, or sender markings. Vials are individually wrapped and padded against breakage. Dispatch is same working day for orders placed before the daily cut-off, via Royal Mail Tracked 24. A tracking number is emailed automatically at the moment of dispatch.
