How to Make Payment — Optimum Biotech UK

At optimumbiotech.uk, the official UK store for Optimum Biotech products, you can choose between three accepted payment methods: bank transfer, Bitcoin and Revolut. Each option is secure, processed quickly and free from unnecessary hold-ups. Orders are only despatched once payment has cleared in full.

Bank Transfer

Bank transfer is the simplest payment route available on optimumbiotech.uk. You don’t need to install any extra app your existing UK banking app is all that’s required.

Paying by Bank Transfer

  1. Add your items to your basket on optimumbiotech.uk and head to the checkout.
  2. Choose bank transfer as your payment option and finalise the order.
  3. The confirmation email you receive will contain our account name, sort code, account number and a unique reference assigned to your order.
  4. Make sure you enter the reference exactly as supplied this allows us to match your payment to the correct order without delay.
  5. Sign in to your online or mobile banking app.
  6. Navigate to the payments or transfers section and choose to send money or make a new payment.
  7. Type in our bank details precisely as shown in your confirmation email.
  8. Add the payment reference in the reference field and enter the exact order total as the amount.
  9. Submit the transfer. The majority of UK bank transfers complete within around two hours during normal banking hours.
  10. Transfers initiated outside banking hours, on weekends or on public holidays may not clear until the next working day.
  11. Once the funds arrive, your order will go out the same day if payment is confirmed before 2pm Monday to Friday.

  9. Send the payment. Most Bitcoin transactions confirm within ten to thirty minutes.
  10. Keep the wallet app open while the transaction is being broadcast to the network.
  11. Once the transaction has confirmed on the blockchain, we will release your order for despatch.
  12. A despatch notification and Royal Mail tracking reference will follow by email.

Revolut

Revolut is also accepted on optimumbiotech.uk. If you already have a Revolut account, the payment is sent straight from the Revolut app using the bank transfer details supplied at checkout. Revolut transfers to a UK bank account usually arrive instantly.

Paying with Revolut

  2. Choose bank transfer as your payment option.
  3. The order confirmation will contain our sort code, account number and unique payment reference.
  4. Open the Revolut app on your phone.
  5. Tap Payments or Send, then choose Send to bank account.
  6. Enter our sort code and account number exactly as supplied in the confirmation.
  7. Confirm that the account name displayed matches before continuing.
  8. Enter the exact order total as the payment amount.
  9. Type the payment reference into the reference field, copying it exactly as it appears in your confirmation.
  10. Check all of the details once more, then tap Send.
  11. Revolut transfers to UK bank accounts are typically instant, although in rare cases settlement may take up to two hours.
  12. As soon as the payment has been confirmed on our end, your order will be despatched the same day if cleared before 2pm Monday to Friday.
  13. You’ll receive a despatch confirmation and a tracking reference by email.

Payment Confirmation and Despatch

Whichever method you use, your order will remain on hold until payment is received and confirmed. Once that happens, orders cleared before 2pm Monday to Friday are sent out the same working day.
