The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions completed through optimumbiotech.uk, the official UK store for Optimum Biotech products. By submitting an order through this site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in their entirety. This version was last revised in May 2026 and replaces all earlier editions.

Who Can Order
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase from optimumbiotech.uk. When you submit an order, you are confirming that you meet this minimum age requirement and that the laws of the country in which you reside permit you to buy the items in your basket. Optimum Biotech UK retains the right to refuse or cancel any order where we have reasonable grounds to suspect the customer does not satisfy these conditions.
How Orders and Contracts Are Formed
When you submit an order through optimumbiotech.uk, you are making an offer to buy the goods in your basket at the prices shown. A binding contract between yourself and Optimum Biotech UK only comes into existence once we have issued an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, stock unavailability, an inability to verify payment, or any suspicion that the order is inconsistent with these terms.
Confirmation emails will be sent to the address you supplied during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the email address provided is correct and that you have access to the inbox.
Pricing and How to Pay
Every price shown on optimumbiotech.uk is quoted in pounds sterling and includes any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time without prior notice; however, the price you pay will be the one displayed when your order was submitted.
Payment can be made by either bank transfer or Bitcoin (BTC). Orders are only despatched once payment has been received in full. Bank transfer information is supplied at the checkout stage following confirmation of your order. Bitcoin transactions are settled at the prevailing exchange rate at the moment payment is made. We neither retain nor process card details, and card payments are not currently supported.

Despatch and Delivery
All orders leave our UK warehouse via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders received before 2pm on a working weekday are sent out the same day. Anything placed after 2pm, or over the weekend, will be despatched on the following working day. A tracking reference will be emailed to you the moment your parcel leaves us.

Right of Cancellation
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without offering any reason, provided the products remain unused, the original packaging is intact, and all seals are unbroken. To do so, send an email confirming your cancellation within that 14-day window. The cost of return postage falls to you.
Because of the nature of the products we supply, we cannot accept returns where the manufacturer’s seal has been compromised, or where the QR authentication code has been defaced or removed. This exclusion is permitted by Regulation 28(3) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which allows traders to disapply the right of withdrawal for sealed goods that are unsuitable for return on grounds of hygiene or health protection.

Intellectual Property
All material published on optimumbiotech.uk — including written content, photography, product information, laboratory test certificates and the QR verification system — belongs to Optimum Biotech UK or appears here under licence. Reproduction, redistribution or publication of any element of this site is prohibited without our prior written consent.
Limits on Our Liability
So far as the law allows, Optimum Biotech UK shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage that may result from using this site or from purchasing goods through it. Our total liability in respect of any single order is capped at the value of that order.
None of the provisions in these terms limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.
Privacy and Data Handling
Optimum Biotech UK handles personal information in compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We collect only the information required to process and deliver your order, and we never sell, share or pass on your personal details to third parties for marketing purposes.
